Also to repair my car or get a used car (dependable one). I am on Social Sercurity disability. I have arthritis and diabetes which is why I cant work. The arthritis is in my lower back and legs, hands and shoulders. Is there any help for me. I am under stress all the time because of not be able to pay these bills.
